I can see Wave being very useful for a couple of small groups I am part of who regularly collaborate by emailing round documents etc at the moment. If Wave gets bug fixes and extra features, it&#039;ll be a major boon for those situations.

But they are very niche, which is where much of the hype about Wave goes way over the top. It may well revolutionise small group collaboration amongst geographically dispersed people, but that&#039;s a pretty small part of what people use email or the internet for.</description>
