You are right, in that there is too much politics in the way of doing the right things.

The people of Peru are amazing &amp; maybe they are used the the lack of help, as they organise themselves really fast &amp; really rather well.

There was quite a few other trucks heading into the flooded villages with aid gathered by themselves, friends, &amp; local companies &amp; groups.
The next day there were even more people, &amp; companies doing their own thing with aid.

Its sad that there is not someone to co ordinate the efforts as it could be more efficient &amp; I worry that some areas more accessible are getting lots of Aid &amp; some getting none.

I am looking into getting the help of Shelterboxes, &amp; seeing if i can make some links with the scouts in Peru &amp; the UK, as that scouts are doing a better job that some of the Agencies!</description>
